Why are the arrows on my laptop keyboard (lower right portion of keys) scrolling the page?

In Excel, normally arrows allow you to go from cell to cell.

For some reason they are scrolling the page up and down.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

*cough*
Press Scroll Lock, turn it off.
